•Build and maintain subject matter expertise in Braze service offerings currently supported by the team to enable effective consultancy support during pre-sales.
•Manage expectations to deliver for sales and post-sales leadership.
•Liaise closely with post-sales leadership to ensure they are supported by pre-sales.
