Job Summary

Own strategic Revenue Strategy & Operations for the UK, Ireland & Eastern Europe, building the operational backbone for performance tracking, territory development, and AI-enabled tooling. Partner with regional leadership to deliver weekly forecasting and run country QBRs, while aligning cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, Compliance, and Legal to drive cohesive, sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and run the operational backbone for UK, Ireland & Eastern Europe commercial teams, including performance tracking, territory development/management, and AI tooling.
•Partner with leadership as the expert local strategist by providing weekly performance and forecasting support and running country QBRs.
•Align cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, Compliance, and Legal to drive decisions and revenue performance.
•Leverage AI-driven tools and automation to streamline commercial workflows and reporting.
•Identify high-impact, cross-functional priorities and build commercial infrastructure to deliver regional growth strategy.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of work experience, ideally with strategy consulting and/or high-growth startups, with commercial strategy/ops focus.
•Strong analytical skills including data modeling and experience working with data reporting tools.
•Excellent written and verbal communication plus presentation skills.
•Experience in high-growth fintech, financial services, or technology environments; prior exposure to cross-functional commercial operations and scaling go-to-market processes is a plus.
•Ability to speak, read and write in Polish is an advantage but not required.
