CHVAC Supply Chain Manager

Lead end-to-end material flow strategies for the CHVAC supply chain supporting the commercial business unit. Own planning, inventory management, logistics coordination, warehouse flow, supplier alignment, and continuous improvement to ensure right materials are available at the right time, place, and cost. Partner cross-functionally across operations, sourcing, engineering, quality, and logistics to improve inventory accuracy, reduce shortages/excess, and drive on-time delivery performance through lean, PFEP, automation, and progress-based pull systems.
