Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the end-to-end strategy, design, and delivery of the learning and leadership development solutions portfolio aligned with enterprise priorities.
  • •Curate and manage a suite of learning experiences tailored to leadership levels and functions, using data and stakeholder feedback to drive improvements.
  • •Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify capability gaps and learning needs across the organization.
  • •Manage vendor and partner relationships, including budgets and vendor contracts, ensuring quality and consistency of externally delivered programs.
  • •Serve as business owner for learning platforms, overseeing operations, configurations, reporting, governance, enhancement roadmaps, and optimization using platform data.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree, certificate, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field.
  • •7+ years of experience in learning and leadership development, including program design and portfolio management.
  • •Proven experience managing open enrollment or enterprise-wide learning programs in a global, matrixed organization.
  • •Experience with learning management systems (LMS), digital learning platforms, and data analytics tools.
  • •Strong business acumen and communication skills, with the ability to align learning strategy to organizational goals.
