Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Store Manager proactively to meet or exceed sales, store KPIs, and profitability goals.
  • •Lead customer experience by maintaining brand-aligned service standards and spending significant time on the sales floor engaging and coaching.
  • •Contribute to team management: recruiting support, training/development, productivity conversations, recognition, and performance actions; help with performance appraisal support and feedback.
  • •Cover store operations as backup/when the Store Manager is absent: supervise daily operations, support new store openings/closings, attend meetings and offsite training.
  • •Handle operational processes including POS transactions, payroll scheduling, training program completion, loss prevention and operational compliance, and inventory/shrink goals; ensure a safe and compliant working environment.
