Associate (Roads)

Technically leads design teams on highway schemes, delivering multi-disciplinary projects in the Roads sector from Birmingham. You’ll mentor junior engineers, manage budget and schedule, prepare and check design deliverables, ensure safety and quality standards, and foster client relationships while coordinating with wider Transport & Infrastructure teams to achieve project objectives.
