Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and manage electronic document management systems and the project Document Management Plan.
  • •Develop document control procedures and training guidelines, and conduct recurring training on EDMS use and requirements.
  • •Manage electronic document workflows including document reviews, transmittals, and document naming, numbering, and distribution.
  • •Retrieve, upload/download files from EDMS and ensure electronic records are maintained to comply with QA and contractual requirements.
  • •Optimize document control productivity and produce progress reports as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • •7–10 years of Document Control experience on design/construction projects, including start-up and closeout processes.
  • •Experience implementing document management systems and procedures for large/mega construction programs.
  • •Advanced computer/word processing skills with MS Office and SharePoint.
  • •Experience supervising and leading Document Control team members.
