UA Manager - Zurich E&S Casualty (Atlanta, GA, US)

Lead and motivate a team of 7–10 UA Associates on Zurich E&S Casualty’s Underwriting team within the Casualty Wholesale organization. You’ll ensure teams meet operational performance goals, assess underwriting processes against technical standards, and drive continuous improvement. Partner with producers, manage renewals and new business status, and support customer service/account management needs. This hybrid role requires being in the office three days per week with occasional travel to other offices.
