Compensation Advisor

Advise and support compensation programs across multiple employee groups and locations. Develop, implement, administer, and maintain base pay, incentive pay, and performance management programs aligned to company objectives and local practices. Evaluate program effectiveness using market trends, participate in compensation surveys, and ensure compliance with local regulations and global compensation laws. Present findings to HR and line management and manage relationships with internal leaders and external vendors, including compensation systems and program design updates.
