Security Supervisor-PT- Varsity

Supervise and coordinate the venue security department during predominantly show hours, partnering with the GM, Ops Manager, and other supervisors to handle day-of-show needs. Serve as the escalation point for elevated staff and guest concerns related to security, VIP services, seat upgrades, and amenities. Lead training, manage checklists and inventory, oversee opening/running/closing duties, and complete incident reports, witness statements, and ejection logs.
