Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and coordinate the security department and staff within the venue, including possible management functions under Security Manager and Operations Manager direction.
  • •Work with GM, Ops Manager, and other supervisors on day-of-show duties and respond to elevated staff/guest inquiries and concerns.
  • •Lead staff training, staff positioning, and breaks; follow and communicate Standard Operating Procedures.
  • •Maintain security checklists and inventory in coordination with the Ops Manager, and turn in lost and found to Box Office.
  • •Complete incident reports, collect witness statements, manage ejection logs, and participate in special events as scheduled.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma required.
  • •3-5 years in restaurant, bar, or night club leadership role.
  • •Working knowledge of high-volume nightclub operations, responsible alcohol service, and guest relations.
  • •Experience developing operating procedures.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
