Job Summary

Own the strategy and continuous evolution of how the GTM organization learns, ramps, and sells. Lead a team to build AI-powered, just-in-time enablement programs that accelerate field time-to-productivity and improve rep performance. Drive onboarding for AEs, SCs, SDRs, and CSMs, strengthen sales methodology through coaching and live practice, and create enablement content and systems that reduce friction across the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and deploy a just-in-time learning system using AI tools that provides relevant content, talk tracks, and competitive intelligence.
•Own end-to-end onboarding for AEs, SCs, SDRs, and CSMs by setting ramp calendars, certification criteria, and accountability frameworks.
•Build GTM business acumen learning tracks and translate business objectives into enablement initiatives with clear success metrics.
•Lead a team producing battle cards, playbooks, demo scripts, objection-handling guides, and training to reduce friction across deal stages.
•Define and own enablement measurement (ramp speed, quota attainment, win rate, deal velocity, content utilization) and report impact to GTM leadership.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 168,000 - 240,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years in revenue enablement, sales training, or GTM strategy, including 2–3 years leading a team.
•Proven track record building and leading high-performing enablement or content teams.
•Demonstrated success reducing ramp time and improving quota attainment.
•Experience building or deploying AI/ML-enhanced enablement programs.
•Experience with B2B SaaS, ideally in martech or an adjacent space.
