Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet guests, present menus, and provide recommendations or descriptions of menu items.
  • •Take accurate food and beverage orders, noting special requests or dietary restrictions.
  • •Enter orders into the point-of-sale system and communicate them to kitchen and bar staff promptly.
  • •Serve food and beverages in a timely, courteous, and accurate manner; check back with guests during meals.
  • •Process payments and maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area while following health and safety regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years working experience, with 2 years of relevant experience.
  • •2 years GCC experience is a plus.
  • •High School Diploma in a Food and Beverage related course.
  • •Proficiency taking accurate orders and entering them into the point-of-sale system.
  • •Ability to serve professionally and adhere to health and safety, food handling, and sanitation practices.
