Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
  • •Recommend appropriate retail consumer and small business solutions using the company value proposition.
  • •Use CAMP and other approved marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
  • •Focus on cross-selling to existing customers and participate in outside sales activities and community financial literacy events as directed.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
  • •Experience in the financial industry preferred.
  • •Demonstrated ability to comfortably perform sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell to established customers.
  • •Must be able to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
