Senior Cost Manager to oversee cost governance across large-scale construction, upgrade and expansion projects in manufacturing/industrial facilities. Leads cost planning, commercial management and stakeholder engagement, ensuring robust cost control, reporting and value engineering across capital projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead Team Leadership & People Development to drive high performance and ensure onboarding of new hires.
•Manage Client & Stakeholder relationships across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, consultants and contractors with effective communication.
•Oversee Strategic Cost Planning & Project Setup by reviewing scopes, budget assumptions and cost deliverables, and developing cost reporting frameworks.
•Conduct Cost Controls & Project Reporting as Commission Manager, owning cost plans and monthly post‑contract cost reports.
•Lead Commercial, Financial & Risk Management including negotiations, contract administration and alignment of billing with milestones.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline.
•Minimum 10 years’ experience in cost management within construction, industrial, or manufacturing projects.
•Strong leadership abilities and proven experience guiding project teams.
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
•Experience working directly with clients in advisory, cost engineering, and value management capacities.
