Own the Find product pillar that powers prospecting and pipeline creation for GTM teams. Lead strategy and roadmap from data foundations to a discovery UX that matches ICPs, surfaces intent and buying signals, and turns prospects into CRM objects, workflows, and outreach. Build the enrichment layer, define intent/signal architecture, ship ICP and lookalike modeling, launch AI-assisted research, and ensure compliance with GDPR/CCPA while driving measurable pipeline impact.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive end-to-end strategy and roadmap for Find from data foundations to discovery experience.
•Build and manage the enrichment layer (provider selection, waterfall logic, match quality, coverage benchmarks, cost-per-record).
•Define intent and signal architecture (which signals matter, how scored, and how they trigger downstream action).
•Ship ICP modeling and lookalike discovery to generate a ranked universe of next-best accounts.
•Launch AI-assisted account research and list building, connect Find to CRM objects/workflows/outreach, and prove pipeline impact while navigating GDPR/CCPA and provider ToS constraints.

•6+ years of product management experience in B2B software.

•Proven ability to ship multi-surface platform features end-to-end.
