Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure blow mold machines are kept running to produce quality bottles with minimal downtime.
  • •Follow production schedules and communicate any changes to the team.
  • •Perform start-up and shut-down of blow mold machine and supporting equipment.
  • •Check and monitor quality for visual defects and make appropriate adjustments; maintain related documentation for quality checks and testing.
  • •Operate forklift safely and follow safety rules, PPE requirements, and product-safety/incident reporting procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •At least a high school diploma or one year of manufacturing-related experience/training (or equivalent).
  • •Able to start up and shut down injection machinery and supporting equipment.
  • •Read and understand simple written instructions and recognize series of numbers.
  • •Maintain housekeeping and complete daily cleaning while operating equipment safely.
  • •Demonstrate the physical ability to stand 12 hours, lift up to 50 pounds, and handle repetitive motion/push-pull demands during a 12-hour shift.
