The Operations Lead drives profitability and efficiency for the store, working with the Operations & Visual Managers to delegate tasks, coach the team, and ensure smooth store operations on the sales floor and in back of house. The role focuses on inventory accuracy, floor replenishment, vendor relations, and maintaining strong visual standards while leading and developing staff.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and execute inventory management processes with a focus on maximizing accuracy and reducing shrink.
•Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General Manager to escalate process or system gaps.
•Manage execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
•Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
•Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team and guests.

•2+ years of experience in a client-centric retail environment with a proven track record of improving store operations and inventory control.
•Experience leading and developing a team, including recruitment, coaching, and performance management.

•Ability to move dynamically on the retail floor and collaborate with store leadership to execute multi-area tasks.
•Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; aligns with brand standards and guiding principles.
