Key Responsibilities

•Drive end-to-end technical delivery of complex AI solutions, writing critical code, configuring systems, troubleshooting, and guiding junior engineers.
•Design, develop, and implement scalable production systems, including AI and LLM-based intelligent agents and automated workflows on the Salesforce platform.
•Partner with customers to build custom intelligent agents using the Agentforce platform that meet business requirements and integrate with customer ecosystems.
•Own the data lifecycle—data modeling, processing pipelines, integration strategy, and ensuring data is ready, optimized, and secure for AI applications.
•Lead technical debugging, root cause analysis, rapid prototyping/iteration, and enforce best practices for code quality, scalability, security, and maintainability.

Key Requirements

•Experience in a hands-on, end-to-end delivery role for scalable production solutions in a professional environment.
•Strong background in Computer Science or related engineering discipline.
•Expert-level proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Java, Python, Apex).
•Extensive hands-on experience building and deploying AI/LLM solutions, including LLM integration, orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex), and prompt engineering.
•Deep expertise in data modeling, processing, integration, and analytics using enterprise data platforms (e.g., Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery).
