Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive end-to-end technical delivery of complex AI solutions, writing critical code, configuring systems, troubleshooting, and guiding junior engineers.
  • •Design, develop, and implement scalable production systems, including AI and LLM-based intelligent agents and automated workflows on the Salesforce platform.
  • •Partner with customers to build custom intelligent agents using the Agentforce platform that meet business requirements and integrate with customer ecosystems.
  • •Own the data lifecycle—data modeling, processing pipelines, integration strategy, and ensuring data is ready, optimized, and secure for AI applications.
  • •Lead technical debugging, root cause analysis, rapid prototyping/iteration, and enforce best practices for code quality, scalability, security, and maintainability.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in a hands-on, end-to-end delivery role for scalable production solutions in a professional environment.
  • •Strong background in Computer Science or related engineering discipline.
  • •Expert-level proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Java, Python, Apex).
  • •Extensive hands-on experience building and deploying AI/LLM solutions, including LLM integration, orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex), and prompt engineering.
  • •Deep expertise in data modeling, processing, integration, and analytics using enterprise data platforms (e.g., Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery).
