Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead design, development, and continuous improvement of HR reports, dashboards, analytics products, and self-service solutions.
  • •Evaluate and implement new HR data capabilities, including advanced processing, workflow automation, AI-assisted reporting, and data interaction solutions.
  • •Build and optimize scalable data pipelines and automated workflows/integration patterns to reduce manual effort and improve reliability.
  • •Strengthen HR data governance by defining standards, identifying data quality gaps, recommending remediation, and protecting data integrity over time.
  • •Provide senior-level escalation support for complex report errors and Prism integration/data discrepancy issues; mentor analyst-level team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •4+ years designing, building, and supporting HR reporting, analytics, data workflows, or technology-enabled data solutions.
  • •Advanced Workday Reporting experience including Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Composite Reports, Prism Analytics, Studio, and Discovery Boards.
  • •Hands-on Power BI experience, including data modeling, DAX, and dashboard/report development for operational and executive audiences.
  • •Experience with automation/analytics tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or similar; plus knowledge of AI-assisted workflows and data governance.
