Job Summary

Own the quote-to-cash deal governance process for a high-growth cybersecurity leader, ensuring deals close with the right structure, price, and terms. Serve as the escalation point for complex transactions while partnering with Sales, Finance, and Legal to evolve deal policies and discount guardrails. Lead a CPQ-to-Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) transition, drive automation and KPI reporting, and build/lead a small Deal Desk team as the RevOps commercial backbone scales.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end deal process, including quota creation, quoting, approvals, and bookings across the enterprise portfolio.
•Escalate and govern non-standard, complex transactions by balancing growth with financial and legal guardrails.
•Operate and manage the Salesforce CPQ to Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) transition through the mid-August 2026 go-live.
•Enforce approval matrices and pricing guidelines consistently across deal types, segments, and regions.
•Lead and develop the Deal Desk team, driving deal automation, KPI tracking, and commercial excellence culture.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, or related functions, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
•5-8 years of relevant experience with demonstrated leadership or senior ownership of a deal desk function.
•Deep understanding of SaaS pricing, discounting, ARR/NRR, and revenue recognition principles.
•Salesforce CPQ experience required; Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) experience is a meaningful differentiator.
•Proven track record holding the line on commercial policy while maintaining trusted relationships with Sales, Finance, and Legal.
