Cobb - Hatchery Processing Lead

Supervise and coordinate the hatchery processing crew at the Siloam Springs facility, overseeing vaccine mixing, chick processing, equipment preparation/sanitation, and repairs. Plan, assign, and direct daily work to ensure customers receive the correct chicks and services. Maintain accurate daily computer entries, address complaints and small problems, and support additional tasks such as packing eggs and training while ensuring strict biosecurity, animal welfare, and safety compliance.
