Legal Counsel

Own legal work across multiple jurisdictions to help the group maintain a stable corporate structure while enabling fast, accurate operational launches (e.g., opening accounts and engaging payment providers). You’ll manage and organize large volumes of corporate documents, collaborate with finance, business teams, banks, providers, and administrators, and build best-practice processes for corporate and KYC document flows in an international environment using daily English communication.
