Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with silicon planning and architecture teams to define silicon features and software stacks for next-generation AI-enabled x86 solutions.
  • •Collaborate with market segment architects and business leads to create customer-focused x86 solutions across aerospace, automotive, medical, robotics, industrial, and vision markets.
  • •Define embedded software stack components including BIOS, firmware, debug and diagnostic tools, OS support, hypervisors, and AI software support for iGPU/NPU.
  • •Work with product marketing and engineering teams to prioritize and align software and solution deliverables during release planning.
  • •Present solution progress updates to executives and deliver solution, silicon, and customer application presentations to internal marketing and engineering teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 62,440 - 89,200 annually

Key Requirements

  • •In-depth x86 and AI system experience as a software/computer engineer, system architect, application engineer, or technical marketing engineer/manager.
  • •Computer architecture experience and a solid understanding of software stacks from BIOS through to application software.
  • •Ability to understand both traditional x86 processing use cases and emerging AI inference and machine learning applications.
  • •Capability to break down large complex problems into manageable deliverables and prioritize requirements across multiple stakeholders.
  • •BS/MS in CS/CE/EE.
