•Define and execute a top user growth strategy focused on retention and monetization for TikTok LIVE VIP gifting in the DACH market.
•Engage with top users to gather first-hand feedback, analyze behavior (viewing, gifting, conversion funnels), and address user issues promptly.
•Design and iterate user promotion campaigns using personalized reward mechanics and engagement incentives.
•Support post-launch of payment programs on a project basis, coordinating localization and external finance partnerships.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, payment, creator ops, data) to drive measurable impact.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in user ops/growth/customer success, including high-value client relationship management and campaign project management in a data-driven environment.
•Translate insights into execution to drive user engagement, retention, and revenue performance.
•Fluent in English and German (written and spoken) to communicate with the German team.
•Experience in live streaming, social, or creator platforms.
•Familiarity with VIP support and monetization (e.g., gifting, subscriptions).
