Handle customer inquiries, maintain accurate customer files, and support approvals for finance applications. Drive sales by cross-selling ADIB products and promoting the brand. Coordinate training and appraisal for subordinates, support monthly budget variance comments, assist with internal audit responses, and continuously improve branch service efficiency.

•Handle inquiries for deposit accounts, including opening/closing and ensuring KYC and CB instructions are followed.
•Handle inquiries for finance and covered cards, maintain customer files, prepare finance applications, and input data into the system.
•Sell and cross-sell ADIB products while promoting ADIB’s image.
•Manage subordinates by planning training and appraisal.
•Support monthly budget achievement, internal audit/ICD comment responses, and day-to-day compliance with policies and operational controls.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 2 years’ experience in Customer Relations or similar roles in a banking environment.
•Broad knowledge of retail banking financial products and services.
•Thorough knowledge of retail credit and operational policies and procedures.
