Support AML operations by reviewing investigative alerts and cases to identify potentially fraudulent or illicit activity and determine if it meets thresholds for Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs). Conduct research using financial systems, document findings, and escalate issues for advanced investigation. Handle sensitive data in line with BSA/AML requirements while partnering with management to ensure timely, accurate completion of investigation work.

Key Responsibilities

•Review investigative alerts and/or cases to assess potential fraudulent or illicit activity requiring reporting under BSA/AML requirements and document results.
•Conduct research using financial systems and record detailed written findings.
•Execute a variety of tasks in support of investigations.
•Escalate issues as appropriate for advanced investigation and analysis.
•Assess and handle sensitive data and investigations consistent with standard guidelines while responding quickly to changing business needs.

Key Requirements

•Two (2) years college level education or equivalent work experience.
•Minimum of 2 years experience in an Anti-Money Laundering capacity or Fraud Investigations in the BPO industry.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
•Proficient in written communication skills.
•Willing to work in Alabang and open to a hybrid setup (WFH; 60 days onsite due to training and nesting).
