Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to the technical quality of water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
  • •Develop and deliver structural design from concept design to detailed design, ensuring technically good work.
  • •Ensure designs are compliant with Australian Standards and maintain QA procedures.
  • •Embed Health & Safety into all work practices in line with company policies (Safety by Design).
  • •Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, communicate on deliverables, and identify improvements for clients.

Key Requirements

  • •4 to 8 years’ experience in water structural design.
  • •Degree in Civil/Structural (or relevant field).
  • •Experience delivering detailed design for water and wastewater infrastructure, including pipeline, pump station, and treatment plants.
  • •Ability to use PDF Xchange or Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office; experience with Strand7, SpaceGass, ROBOT, or Microstran.
  • •Familiarity with Australian Standards and WSAA codes; understanding of safety in design practices.
