Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to technical design and roadmap for core platform components, authoring technical specifications and modernizing legacy systems into cloud-native microservices.
  • •Leverage AI coding assistants to automate boilerplate, generate test suites, prototype solutions, and uphold code quality and safety guardrails.
  • •Drive end-to-end ownership of component reliability, security, and technical debt reduction, making sound technical decisions.
  • •Partner with product managers and cross-functional stakeholders to translate customer and regulatory requirements into developer-first APIs and workflows.
  • •Own operational health, including identifying and resolving technical risks, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities; drive incident resolution and root-cause remediation.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years designing and developing highly available, high-scale, secure, mission-critical cloud-native distributed systems.
  • •Strong proficiency in Java or Go, with solid AWS ecosystem knowledge (Lambda, EKS, DynamoDB, Kafka).
  • •Hands-on cloud-native architecture experience using microservices patterns to build highly resilient systems.
