Job Summary

Serve as a ServiceNow technical architect for ITOM, combining deep platform expertise with strategic advisory. You’ll lead client engagements to define future-state process and platform strategies, build roadmaps, and create governance and KPIs. In parallel, you’ll deliver hands-on configuration across core ServiceNow modules, manage third-party integrations, and support pre-sales by drafting proposals and Statements of Work.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead client engagements to assess current ServiceNow capabilities and define future-state process and platform strategies.
•Develop platform roadmaps aligned with business goals and technical priorities, including value assessments and adoption strategies.
•Configure and customize ServiceNow modules (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, CMDB, Discovery, HRSD).
•Manage integrations with third-party tools and perform health scans, technical debt analysis, and scalability assessments.
•Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to draft proposals and SOWs and estimate effort and scope.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience across multiple modules.
•Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting, workflows, and integrations.
•Experience developing proposals, creating Statements of Work (SOWs), and presenting to clients.
•3+ years of advisory consulting and technical delivery experience.
•ServiceNow certification requirements for Senior level (CSA, CIS) plus ITIL Foundation and PMP or equivalent.
