•Review supply and demand for Canada and flag allocation gaps, misses, and supply constraints.
•Monitor expected fill rates, late inbounds, oversells, and backlog risk; summarize impacts and escalate issues.
•Maintain accurate SKU/EOL management and Canada order book updates; manage Canada-facing inventory views (available-to-sell, backorder risk, excess/aging inventory).
•Support Wholesale and Custom order workflows (MTO/MTS, licensed SKU production requests) and coordinate production readiness and order execution details.
•Prepare Canada-focused reporting inputs and basic ad hoc analysis using Tableau and Excel; support UAT testing, pricing validation, and data governance for allocation accuracy.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 60,000 - 78,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Operations, or a relevant field (or equivalent experience).
•2+ years supporting sales operations, supply chain, inventory management, order management, or related business operations.
•Strong attention to detail to maintain accurate data, reporting inputs, and follow-up items.
•Clear written and verbal communication to share updates, summarize impacts, and escalate issues.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables and lookup formulas).
