Job Summary

Own the EMEA payroll process for assigned regions, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time and resolving payroll issues. Build relationships with external payroll bureaus, prepare monthly payroll journals, manage tax/pension approvals, and support RSU/stock option processing. Maintain SOPs, ensure SOX compliance (including SAS 70/SSAE16 as applicable), handle payroll-related queries, and support statutory reporting, audits, and the payroll transformation roadmap (including migration to ADP).

Key Responsibilities

•Manage assigned regional payrolls, ensuring consistent processes, resolution of issues, and accurate, timely employee payments.
•Establish and maintain relationships with external payroll bureaus and monitor service levels.
•Prepare monthly payroll journals and ensure tax and pension-related payments are approved and paid within correct timeframes.
•Process RSUs and stock options and handle all payroll-related queries efficiently.
•Support statutory reporting and year-end activities, collaborate with internal/external auditors, and help deliver the EMEA payroll roadmap including migration to ADP and payroll automation/standardization.

Key Requirements

•Significant, demonstrable knowledge of payroll processing.
•Experience managing multiple EMEA payrolls and ensuring correct, on-time employee pay.

•Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task under tight deadlines with solid attention to detail.
