Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical product expertise to support development, testing, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of insurance products and administration system enhancements.
  • •Design and execute testing strategies, tools, and validation processes to ensure accuracy of product calculations, illustrations, and system functionality.
  • •Perform complex insurance product calculations, analyze unique scenarios, and develop manual solutions for calculations not supported by existing systems.
  • •Develop and maintain automation solutions using Visual Basic and other technologies to improve data management, streamline implementations, and reduce manual effort.
  • •Collaborate across business and technology teams to solve complex problems, improve operational efficiency, and support successful product launches.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in insurance operations, product administration, product implementation, systems analysis, or related work in insurance/financial services.
  • •Experience analyzing, validating, and managing data using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access.
  • •Strong analytical, mathematical, and critical thinking skills to solve complex business and technical problems.
  • •Experience with Microsoft Visual Basic or similar programming/automation tools preferred.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and applicable work experience.
