Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the partner enablement operating model, including planning cadences, governance mechanisms, and execution frameworks that connect strategy to execution.
  • •Run QBRs, MBRs, and executive reviews using clear metrics and forward-looking insights to drive accountability and decision-making.
  • •Lead end-to-end execution of partner enablement initiatives, managing timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across functions and regions.
  • •Build and maintain dashboards and operating reviews to surface partner engagement, program performance, risk signals, and intervention areas.
  • •Design and implement scalable workflows, SOPs, SLAs, and intake mechanisms; introduce AI-enabled and automation-first workflows to improve speed, quality, and scale.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in Learning Operations, Program Management, Professional Services Operations, or related operational leadership in a high-growth technology environment.
  • •Proven experience supporting global or multi-region teams and translating central strategy into executable operating plans.
  • •Ownership of operating cadence, forecasting, planning, and execution frameworks in a complex, matrixed environment.
  • •Strong analytical capability to turn data into executive insight and measurable business outcomes.
  • •Experience improving processes and workflows by reducing manual effort and scaling through automation or AI-enabled solutions.
