Key Responsibilities

  • •Resolve more complex client servicing issues and act as a primary troubleshooter.
  • •Coach and support tellers to ensure efficient, effective, and accurate teller performance while providing excellent client experience.
  • •Manage day-to-day teller line operations, including scheduling/staffing and coaching, and oversee branch operational standards and compliance.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities and transition clients to a banker for deeper financial wellness conversations.
  • •Balance cash drawers within guidelines and follow compliance, audit, and security procedures; support training and onboarding of new tellers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.75 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
  • •Minimum of 3 years demonstrated superior client relationship skills.
  • •Minimum of 3 years' experience in cash handling.
  • •Working knowledge of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork.
