Sales Supervisor, Full-Time - King Street

Lead and execute efforts to achieve individual store sales goals by inspiring a customer-first culture on the sales floor. Drive clientele growth and retention through strong engagement, manage inventory accuracy via cycle counts and inbound/outbound tracking, and monitor BOH and sell-through metrics. Maintain excellent customer experience using NPS feedback, support merchandising standards, and contribute to loss prevention while coaching and onboarding associates.
