Key Responsibilities

•Manage a team of Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Managers and Credit Analysts, including those handling complex credits with sophisticated structures
•Ensure PMs are trained and up to date on Citizens Bank credit policy and relevant credit issues
•Actively ensure compliance with federal regulations and Citizens Bank policies
•Develop and implement credit and compliance policies and monitor internal systems for timely, policy-compliant work
•Travel as needed and mentor staff, promoting continuous improvement and a collaborative culture

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 225,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

•12+ years of commercial real estate loan underwriting experience with the ability to manage and grow a significant customer portfolio
•Prior experience with REITs is required

•Skilled at maintaining good communication across business units and broader organization
•BA degree, MA preferred with successful completion of a credit training/underwriting program
