Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end product roadmap for database and SaaS connectors, from customer discovery through GA launch and full lifecycle management including deprecation.
  • •Partner with engineering, design, field sales, and support to define requirements, manage the backlog, and drive on-time connector releases globally.
  • •Lead connector strategy decisions including architecture transitions, naming standards, runtime consolidation, and TCO optimization initiatives such as bin-packing.
  • •Drive customer and field enablement through observability improvements including connector dashboards, health metrics, pricing tools, sizing calculators, and field guides.
  • •Use data-driven insights (including AI, SQL, usage telemetry, and customer signals) to prioritize product decisions and manage tradeoffs across reliability, performance, and customer experience.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 287,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of product management experience in data infrastructure, ETL/ELT, or a data integration product.
  • •Hands-on familiarity with Change Data Capture (CDC), including database replication and log-based CDC, at scale.
  • •A track record independently owning a technical product area from discovery through GA, balancing reliability, performance, and customer experience.
  • •Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, driving alignment across engineering, field, and support in globally distributed teams.
  • •A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
