Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end product roadmap for database and SaaS connectors, from customer discovery through GA launch and full lifecycle management including deprecation.
•Partner with engineering, design, field sales, and support to define requirements, manage the backlog, and drive on-time connector releases globally.
•Lead connector strategy decisions including architecture transitions, naming standards, runtime consolidation, and TCO optimization initiatives such as bin-packing.
•Drive customer and field enablement through observability improvements including connector dashboards, health metrics, pricing tools, sizing calculators, and field guides.
•Use data-driven insights (including AI, SQL, usage telemetry, and customer signals) to prioritize product decisions and manage tradeoffs across reliability, performance, and customer experience.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 287,500 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of product management experience in data infrastructure, ETL/ELT, or a data integration product.
•Hands-on familiarity with Change Data Capture (CDC), including database replication and log-based CDC, at scale.
•A track record independently owning a technical product area from discovery through GA, balancing reliability, performance, and customer experience.
•Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, driving alignment across engineering, field, and support in globally distributed teams.
•A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
