Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead plant food safety and quality programs to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • •Maintain a strong food safety culture and ensure personnel follow GMP, sanitation, personal hygiene, and food safety procedures.
  • •Develop and maintain employee training programs for food safety, quality systems, and annual compliance requirements.
  • •Investigate food safety and quality issues, evaluate trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve quality metrics.
  • •Serve as the primary plant contact for regulatory agencies and lead compliance efforts (including HACCP, Safe Quality Food, environmental monitoring, recall readiness, pest management, and specs).
