Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop the India Corporate Finance Technology organization, including recruiting, mentoring, and workforce planning.
  • •Provide leadership and governance for SAP RTR, Tax, Treasury, and Workday Time & Pay solutions, including architecture standards and innovation initiatives.
  • •Lead large-scale enterprise application programs and projects, managing delivery teams and ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met.
  • •Oversee application support and service management processes (change, incident, testing, release, problem management) and drive continuous improvements and cost optimization.
  • •Support IT governance, risk, and compliance including SOX activities, audit requirements, root cause analysis for critical issues, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • •10 to 12 years of progressive IT experience focused on finance systems and applications.
  • •5+ years of people management experience leading technology teams.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing large-scale enterprise application programs and support organizations.
  • •Strong knowledge of SAP finance (SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP Fiori, SAP ECC to S/4HANA) and Workday Time & Pay, including integrations and compliance processes.
