Sales & Service Technician

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Dyson customer products onsite, ensuring a positive in-store experience. You’ll also cross-sell Dyson products and services, accurately input customer sales information into Dyson systems, manage parts usage and inventory, and submit daily/weekly service reports. Working Tuesday–Saturday, you’ll assist the customer service team with escalated repair instances while supporting Dyson service-level expectations.
