Key Responsibilities

  • •Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Dyson customer products in person, including vacuums, fans, air purifiers, hair-dryers, and other products.
  • •Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive in-store experience.
  • •Communicate other Dyson products and services to support cross-selling and sales.
  • •Input customer sales information into Dyson systems to process orders properly.
  • •Manage parts usage and inventory and submit daily/weekly reports; assist with escalated repair instances.

Key Requirements
