Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the Leeds Corporate Insurance team and drive delivery of regional and national strategy alongside the Regional Director.
  • •Develop and execute the branch business plan to ensure strong commercial performance, sustainable growth, and profitability.
  • •Drive revenue performance through forecasting, client profitability insights, and activity analysis while ensuring risks are identified and managed.
  • •Build and strengthen key client relationships, including oversight of client retention and organic growth strategies and partnering with Sales for new business.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop the branch leadership team, build a talent pipeline with succession plans, and embed a strong compliance and governance culture.
