•Source, vet, and manage long-term relationships with global and domestic hardware suppliers.
•Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and SLAs in conjunction with the Legal Team.
•Develop and execute RFPs and RFQs to ensure competitive pricing.
•Forecast hardware demands in collaboration with internal stakeholders and review BOMs.
•Track component shortages and market trends to prevent supply chain disruptions.
