Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform revenue, sales, bank, receivable, and customer financial flow reconciliations for stores and e-commerce.
  • •Monitor aged receivables, investigate discrepancies, and mitigate financial risk on bad debts.
  • •Support month-end and year-end close activities, including reconciliations and sales transaction interface monitoring in SAP.
  • •Reconcile GST and PAYG in SAP and prepare and lodge monthly BAS; prepare shrinkage and turnover reports.
  • •Manage stakeholder enquiries, facilitate customer refunds, assist with retail transaction issues (Cegid), and support annual external audits.

Key Requirements

  • •Tertiary qualifications in accounting or finance, with CA or CPA qualification.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • •Advanced Excel/MS Office and strong accounting, reporting, and retail systems capability.
  • •High attention to detail and ability to prioritize work and meet tight deadlines.
  • •Ability to independently communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
