Job Summary

Lead enterprise Technology & Operations delivery programs across strategic technology initiatives. Own portfolio governance, prioritization, execution planning, intake processes, and delivery reporting to improve operational readiness and delivery maturity. Partner with Infrastructure, Security, Enterprise Applications, Architecture, Product, and business stakeholders to coordinate execution, mitigate risks and dependencies, and provide executive KPI dashboards. Drive Agile delivery maturity, coach teams on Scrum/Kanban/Lean, and mentor delivery leaders and teams.

•10+ years of progressive IT delivery, program management, or operational leadership experience.
•5+ years leading enterprise-scale portfolios, delivery governance, or technology operations.
•Proven experience managing a team of 5-10 direct reports.
•Deep experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and delivery frameworks; expertise with Jira and Atlassian tooling (portfolio reporting and dashboards).
