Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Regional Operations Managers and own inspection team Objectives and Key Results
  • •Ensure floor plan audits and vehicle/facility inspections follow policies, processes, procedures, and tools to meet regional SLAs and targets
  • •Support sales growth by fostering strong relationships with dealers and the OPENLANE sales team
  • •Assist in hiring inspectors (contractors and full-time) within assigned regions
  • •Use data to identify inspector trends, improve quality and consistency, and complete VOC and eNPS feedback calls as needed
