Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as an HR business partner and advisor to operations leadership for PRD and PDRD business units.
  • •Deploy HR initiatives, policies, and procedures across division operations while ensuring compliance with federal and state labor laws.
  • •Lead hiring and performance/talent management processes for Operations teams.
  • •Manage employee and labor relations, including terminations and criminal investigations across nine plants, and coordinate ethics investigations with the Ethics Office.
  • •Lead HR input for manufacturing footprint projects and oversee education/training programs for workforce needs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 146,000 - 215,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of ten (10) years progressive experience in Human Resources (or seven (7) years with Eaton’s HR Leadership Development Program).
  • •Minimum of two (2) years managing people.
  • •Manufacturing industry experience required.
  • •Ability to influence others without authority and handle sensitive information confidentially.
