Job Summary

Maintain and repair customer and company-owned pump, power generation, and HVAC equipment at the shop and on customer sites. Use the company’s T3 platform plus real-time diagnostics to create and monitor work orders, track service intervals, order parts, and troubleshoot failures to identify root causes and corrective actions. Perform preventive maintenance, complete paperwork daily, and support safe operations, parts pickup/delivery, and ongoing OEM training.

Key Responsibilities

•Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track service intervals, order parts, and diagnose equipment issues.
•Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment, and/or oil-free air compressors.
•Troubleshoot equipment failures at the shop and on customer locations and complete required repairs.
•Set up and operate equipment individually or with other technicians, and assist with training lower-level technicians as needed.
•Maintain complete daily paperwork/electronic documentation and assist with pickup and delivery of equipment and parts.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

•Must own tools applicable to the position and have advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools.
•Experience performing inspections, maintenance, and repairs on power generators and/or commercial HVAC equipment.
•Ability to calculate nominal and effective tonnage and/or kW requirements and read schematics.
•Strong customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
•EPA 608 certification preferred (or able to obtain within 6-12 months).
