  • •Own the end-to-end privacy incident management program, including detection workflows, response processes, escalation paths, communications, and remediation tracking.
  • •Serve as incident commander for privacy incidents, coordinating executive, engineering, security, legal, and other stakeholders.
  • •Establish and run incident commander rotations within privacy to ensure clear ownership and coordination across incident severities.
  • •Drive post-incident accountability by defining how action items are captured, assigned, tracked, and completed across teams.
  • •Gather, analyze, and report incident trends and patterns; translate insights into cross-functional initiatives to implement broad fixes and preventive improvements.
