•Drive Flex card adoption by leading features from discovery through launch and iteration, spanning onboarding, activation, spend, repayment, and member communication.
•Lead your squad through discovery, delivery, and in-market optimization to ensure fast execution with long-term impact.
•Own the numbers by driving core metrics including offer-to-activation conversion, card usage, repayment behavior, and member retention.
•Translate goals into clear, prioritized backlogs in partnership with product, research, design, engineering, and data teams for fast, high-quality execution.
•Lead with evidence by using qualitative research and quantitative data to surface the highest-impact opportunities across the member funnel.

Key Requirements

•Experience working closely with senior leaders to propose, refine, and ship new initiatives.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data to inform decisions (SQL and tools like Looker, Mode, Tableau, or similar).
