Job Summary

Oversee the vision and direction for the Underwriting and Portfolio Management Platforms, including Salesforce/commercial platform strategy and leadership of related projects and internal web apps. Own the Salesforce roadmap, partner with business leaders to align initiatives with corporate goals, and drive agile PO activities for underwriting and risk platforms.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee the vision and direction for the Underwriting and Portfolio Management Platforms, including the Salesforce.com and Commercial Platform strategy and leadership of related projects and initiatives.
•Lead input on strategic initiatives in Commercial and with partners and develop/drive the Salesforce roadmap to grow system functionality and value.
•Coordinate with business line leaders to develop strategy, goals, and objectives; organize teams and workstreams for Salesforce initiatives.
•Manage PO activities in an agile environment within the Bank’s Modern Operating Model and aligned with tech pods supporting Salesforce.com.
•Develop and refine KPIs, roadmaps, and reporting to ensure alignment with corporate goals and objectives.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business/finance related major
•Experience in project coordination and business analysis
•Experience in SQL or other data query languages
•Experience reviewing complex data sets and developing business analysis support models/reporting
•High level of intellectual curiosity and comfort with ambiguity
